Shipping and Delivery
All orders are shipped with insurance to protect against loss or damage during transit. Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for items that are lost or delayed by the carrier. In the event of a missing or lost package, you must file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please file a claim with the carrier immediately to seek resolution. Retain all packaging materials and provide photographic evidence to support your claim.
